Number of participants

Lock the room

Mute

Every participant can mute himself by pressing [*][1] on his phone. He is on again after pressing [*][1] again. This is ideal if you wish to follow the conference as listener only, while being surrounded by noise.

Hold conference

Every participant can get out of the conference briefly (e.g. for addressing another call on the mobile phone) with pressing [*][2] on his phone. He is back in the conference after pressing [*][2] again.

Lock conference

The conference leader can lock the conference room via WebControl (see above) or via telephone with pressing [*][9]. If [*][9] is pressed again, the room is unlocked again for more callers.

Number of participants

The conference leader can press [*][3] to receive a message regarding how many people are currently in the conference.

Echo compensation
Many telephones produce an echo that can multiply in the conference. Our system can lower this noise with the help of a special chip. This costs a lot of computing power and is therefore only available for customers of Advanced Conference.
